It was found in the 1st Glitch World files. There's no way to trigger it, and the box appears to have nothing in it. There appears to be a file of the chest from Five Nights at Freddy's 4, but this time open. It has sence returned to the game and now exists, though it looks diffrent than the current version. There was originally 3D overworld for the game, but it 'didn't really fit with the lore', so it was scrapped.
